AUCTIONEER’S NOTE:  Auction will be held inside.  There are some very nice and unique items here at this
auction.  The Buffalo Grill will remain open under QA’s ownership until Sunday, January 3rd.  It will be
officially closed for business as of January 4th – unless some purchases it under “Opportunity #2” and
reopens it under new ownership.  We, with QA invite everyone to attend this exciting auction, and
purchase a piece of this landmark.  QA wants to thank all of his former and loyal patrons throughout the
years, for letting him run a very successful business.  He says, “My time here at the Grill has been great, I
have had a good run, but I am ready to retire and golf a little more.”  So let’s have once last hurrah at the
Grill and send QA into retirement in style.  QA will have the bar open the day of the sale and will also have a
